The shuttle service was exceptional, with friendly drivers who provided detailed instructions for check-in. The hotel lobby and lounge areas were aesthetically pleasing and inviting. However, noise from neighboring rooms and the lack of housekeeping resulted in a less comfortable stay at times. Additionally, the absence of room service was a notable inconvenience, especially given the hotel's pricing.

Parking experience is a hassle!!! Need clearer parking options and better management of shuttle service timing!!! The outdated facilities could use an upgrade to meet modern expectations!!!

My recent stay was really enjoyable, especially the spacious room with pantry access which my granddaughter loved! The on-site restaurant had fantastic food, and the gym was excellent for workouts. I can't say enough about the beautiful views from our room that were even better than the pictures. I'd definitely pick this place again.

Comfortable stay with spacious rooms
I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay, especially the comfortable and spacious King Guest Room which made relaxation easy after a long day. The staff were genuinely friendly, and I appreciated the convenient airport shuttle that made my travels smoother. However, I think the room cleanliness could be improved. I noticed some areas that could use a bit more attention.
